Okay everyone. Guess what? I lost my day job (night job) six days ago. I haven't felt like writing about it so that is why I haven't said anything yet here at Great Ways to Make Money Online. But now I feel like getting this off of my chest so here is an open letter to my boss, Roger Gussey, who owns George's Sports Bar in L'Anse MI, where I was working.

This letter is going to be written in stream-of-conscious form.

Did you just say I'm done now and I did it this time? WTF are you talking about man, are you tripping on your meds again or what? WTF did I do now since it's the 6th time you have fired me? Are you really gonna listen to all this BS from these fucking bitches you got around here? Whats the matter with you man? Don't you want to make some mother fucking money? Cause that what I'm here for...

Have you forgotten who the only honest mother fucker that works for you is? How many times did I pay a short till? How many times did I turn in overages after a Fri. nite? How many times did I protect your fucking interests by charging loyal customers up their asses for BS drinks cause that's what you wanted?

Do you remember 2 summers ago when you went nutz and fired everyone? Who the fuck stood by you and worked 7 days a week so you could keep that fucking bar open? I did! And Steph did too! So fuck you!

Who stayed late as fuck (4 am) the night before Thanksgiving this past year? And why the fuck did he do that when all his family was home? Oh, I remember, to clean your fucking dive bar up sparklin fucking spankin new, cause you Roger, had to open up on Thanksgiving.

Who the fuck worked a 12 hour shift for you on Christmas Eve you fuckin prick? No one would work and you were going to close, remember? So your ol' boy Tom stepped up again.

Who the fuck stands there and defends you time after time in your own fuckin bar when your own friends sit there and run you into the ground? I did bitch! Guess what? They were all right about you.

Who the fuck came to you and busted that dumb slut thief who was robbing you blind? I did! I called her out on everything right in front of you so you could see what was happening finally. She was stealing so much shit that I thought we were all gonna lose our jobs and all you wanted to do was fuck her!

Who worked 52 Fridays in 2008 mother fucker? Who was planning on working 52 Fridays in 2009? Guess what, your gonna need 2 bitches to pull off the nights I worked.

Who never missed a shift in 3 years? Who never complained about shit? Who never argued with the boss about the boss's orders?

Who fucking flipped out on customers doing dumb ass shit? Who threw out his best friends out when they acted the fool? Who told off hot ass sluts when they acted ridiculous too? Who protected your bar like it was the fucking Brooklyn Zoo? Huh? I patroled that mother fucker like no other!

And you never even had the metal to say thanks...Ever!

Who the fuck broke in and robbed your safe you dumb ass? I'll tell you, she still fucking works there you fool!

Who never said shit while you jerked us up and down the pay scale? Who worked for fuckin peanuts and never complained?

I did all that shit and more. I was the best fucking employee you've ever seen in you life and your a fucking geriatrics motherfucker. And you went and cut my throat like that, after all I've done for you...

Do you know i have a family at home? I have to feed and clothe growing kids! I have to make a house payment and pay the bills! I have to make car payments and pay insurance.

Do you know that there is 24% unemployment rate in Baraga County right now.

Do you know I already watched most of friends lose their jobs with horror? Only to find out I lost mine too!

How come you called me on the phone and told me this shit? Cause you cant give me a straight fucking answer to my face? No, cause all you got is BS. I hung up the phone with you and started putting on my clothes and shit, and raced down to the bar to talk this out in person? What did you do? You musta raced ass out of town like a bat out of hell? Are you afraid of me or are you just a fucking pussy that is afraid of confrontation?

You know what Roger? I am going to make more money with my websites than you've ever made in your life...And I don't even give a fuck about cash, hows that? I wipe my ass with money you fuck...And I don't give a fuck about you or your money or my money or the money that I fuckin made at your bar, it's sad when your bartender makes more money than you isn't it?

But guess what? I work my ass off online every day for this money! Don't get jealous of me mother fucker causse you think I got something you don't...

Cause I do have something you don't, I have many things you'll never have...

Okay, I wrote this post about 10 hours ago and I feel much better. I usually do not swear that much, only when I am angry and that is next to never. Ha! Anyway, I had it up live for half the day, but then decided to take it down because I was afraid of offending people. (Who am I kidding?) Fuck that! I was just reading Shoemoney's blog and I saw that he had a video of hot girls jello wrestling from that huge AdTech party that went down last week or whenever. Good job ShoeMoney! New Template & Design - Accidents Happen

Okay. Most of my regular readers should notice that many changes have happened here at Great Ways to Make Money Online dot com. Today I had to find a different template for this blogger blog because i accidently deleted the other one. I don't know how ridiculous that sounds to you but I am totally thrilled after being upset for most of the day about it.

Have you ever searched for new blog templates? It takes hours to find ones where you actually like the work. Right? I mean, how freaking long does it take to find a simple black 3 column blogger template that will actually work after you have gone through all the cutting and pasting?

Apparently it takes hours and I still can't seem to get this site the way I want it. But the good news is that I have finally decided to tke the sound advice of a longtime blogger and quasi mentor, and I think it just might work. I'm not going to divulge those secrets just yet but they will be coming soon. This person was right about everything elase they ever said to me. Otherwise I wouldn't be making the fat cash that rolls these days.

I just wanted to take a minute out of my busy schedule today because someone took a minute out of their busy schedule, and tell a short story about what happened to me today with Convert2Media and their affiliate marketing company C2MClicks.

Well I logged into the new C2MClicks system and couldn't get anything to work for me. (Or so I thought...) I just didn't know what the hell I was doing because I hadn't bothered to read all the information I should have, LOL, and I got pissed off about everything and fired off a message to Convert2Media through their C2MClick's HelpDesk about my "problems"

And the next part is no bullshit either, about 10 minutes later the phone rang and I checked the caller id and it said whatever the hell it said, some crazy number. Now normally I do not answer any numbers I do not know but for some reason I thought I recognized the name on the caller id, Steve Howe.

So I answered it and someone asked for me and I was like this is him, and I'm thinking in my head the whole time, "shit, shit, shit, some debt collector or other a-hole just confirmed this is my number," And this Steve Howe person says "Hello this is Steve Howe from Convert2Media, I see your having some problems today, how can I help you figure this out?" So I told him what was going on and he walked me through it over the phone and got everything working absolutely perfect for me. (Except I felt like a first class douche bag cause I probably easily could have figured it out myself)

So really I just wanted to write a little article here and publicly thank this man, Steve Howe, for taking time out of his busy schedule to call me and personally help me get my end of the affiliate marketing partnership with C2mClick's going for me.

And, I also made some nice money through Convert2Media and c2McLCIK'S this afternoon after we sorted everything out for me. I wanted to take a screenshot but am afraid it would be against TOS or something and am not taking the risk.

I am going to give you some examples here about what types of keywords i am on the first page in Google for, take a look.

Now I am number in 8 on the first page of the Google results but I just wrote that article exactly 13 hours ago and if I had to bet right now, I would say it will climb on the first page. And to top it all off, there are 33,200,000 some website listed in Google for that term. Can you hit the first page in Google for the keywords you want in under a half a day? UPDATE ( 1 day later I am #4 now) Didn't think so...

On to the next one, let's see, how about something that makes me more money than debt keywords, how about the term Google Profit System. Do you think I can make any money with that one?

Entrecarders' Who Refuse Paid Ads - I am Making a List Called the Old Skool Drop List

Okay everyone. I am going to take a stab in the dark here and try to compile a list of bloggers from Entrecard that will not be accepting paid ads from Entrecard. Early members from Entrecard may remember the LinkBack Project and the list will be similar to that.

Now here is a direct quote I received in my email today from Entrecard.

There are several ways to get website traffic fast and free if you are in the beginning stages of blogging or becoming a webmaster, and I'm going to share ten different niche ways with you.

Old Fashioned Article Submission

You don't need to be an award winning expert on the topic you are writing about - just pick an area that is related to the theme of your website, do a bit of research using a search engine and before you know it you will have more knowledge on that subject than most. Write in a relaxed, straightforward way. And, of course, when you add your details at the end of your article, make certain that you include your web address as well.

URL Submission

This sounds so obvious, yet so many people overlook it. Website URL submission is about getting more links to your website to help your website get ranked high on major search engines, thus getting more visitor traffic by, well, submitting your website URL to the major search engines. You can buy or subscribe to software that will do this, but it is quite possible to get a good return by submitting manually.

Of course you need your own product for people to sell for you!

Press Releases

It's a fact that a well-written Press Release can dramatically improve your sales, expose your company to the masses, and greatly enhance the image of your business or products. Publicity is the most cost-effective web traffic building marketing tool there is, and, surprisingly, web traffic can be generated by ink and paper!

Classified Ads

Again, it's easy to associate Classified Ads with yesterday's technology, but they are extremely cheap and a one line product or service description, together with your website, will pay dividends.

Blog Comments

If you are an avid blog follower, you have to include Blog Commenting in your web traffic arsenal. You will almost always find a "comments" link at the end of each post. Good blog commenter's add to the discussion and are known as knowledgeable, informative, friendly and engaged. Join them!

Finally, why not make a video and post to video sites too! This is not a Warner Bros. effort! Your PC or Mac may well have a webcam, or you can borrow a camcorder or Flip. Write a brief script - lights- camera - action - and upload to YouTube. (Just remember to be sure to link it back to you.)

Well - there you are. Not all of the ten suggestions I've outlined may appeal, but if you select three or four, stick with them, and implement them on a regular basis, you will see your web traffíc grow significantly!

Now does this make any sense to you? I don't like it at all. The main problem I see here with Entrecard's new paid advertising system is that I do not get any of the money being charged to advertise on my website. Now I like Entrecard and everything but I am not going to pay them to use their service and essentially thats exactly how it feels to me.

Plus the new Entrecard paid advertising program got me real good right off the bat. I wasn't around the past few days as I was running and gunning throughout the weekend like a madman, but today when I logged into Entrecard I didn't know about their paid advertising crap yet and saw a ton af ads waiting to be accepted.

I thought to myself, holy shit, I am going to make a killing in Entrecard credits. I didn't realize they were part of Entrecard's new paid advertising program because I hadn't heard about it and didn't notice the small assed paid ads marker. So I accepted like 20 plus ads and now I am stuck with them running off and on until these people run out of funding for that particular ad campaign. WTF!
