So Adgitize is down these days or what? I noticed it was down when I came home from my short vacation with the family last weekend. WTF Adgitize. Perfect timing Adgitize as I just wrote an article all about you and everything else.

Anyway, this is the reason that Adgitize says they are down right now.

WTF Adgitize? Anybody worth their marbles in this business knows that your web site and web operations shouldn't be down for longer than 1 day. How the hell are you supposed to pay your publishers when you can't afford top notch server and database maintenance?

Warrior Forums

So now that I have been banned from Digital Point Forums for six months, I have been on the hunt for a new forum that can provide quality converting traffic like DP had been. And for the time being I have settled on Warrior Forums.

Banned From Digital Point Forums

So today something crappy happened to me, I got myself banned from Digital Point Forums. That sucks! I don't want to be banned from Digital Point Forums! But now it's too late, it's all over except for the crying.

And I didn't just get myself banned from Digital Point for 10 days or 1 month, I got banned for 6 freaking months. It's all my fault too. I was bumping my threads and that, trying to squeeze every little ounce of life I could from them. but I thought I was sneakily bumping my threads, like acting like I was responding to a statement someone else made.

And Digital Point accused me of spamming, which I was absolutely not! Obviously I knew that spamming would get me banned from Digital Point so I tried my best to take care not to spam. I really thought that people might be interested in articles I have here on Great Ways to Make money Online dot com and so I was starting threads and then pointing them this way. Apparently this is spamming to Digital Point.

I was really starting to like Digital Point too. I was getting some killer traffic from them. And not just empty traffic, but quality converting traffic. I guess that's why I was getting so gung-ho about bumping my threads, I didn't want the flow to stop.

The worst part is that the ban is for 6 months! They could have just banned me for 1month or something, but no, Digital Point bans me for 6 months. That's like being punished by torture.

So now I have to be on the hunt for another killer forum to use. One with the kinds of traffic that Digital Point gets.

So, everyone out there using Digital Point Forums. Be very careful so you don't get banned too. Do not bump threads. Do not start threads in the wrong categories. Do not point to many links to your site in succession. Blah blah blah. Okay, otherwise you will get banned from Digital Point.

There is one bright side to this whole crappy thing though. Maybe now I can get more done since I won't be able to waste half of my day at Digital Point. LOL!

My Comment Form Hasn't Been Working, But It's Fixed Now

You know what? My comment form hasn't been working lately and I didn't know about it. I have been wondering why no one was leaving any comments lately, ecspecially since I've been writing some controversial posts. So today I figured I would leave my own comment to see if I could get things started and much to my surprise, the comment form wasn't working.

A couple of weeks ago I changed my comment form from a pop-up window to an embedded form under my posts. And since then, the comment form has not worked. Now I don't know if this is an issue with Blogger or with the template that I am using here on Blogger.

So the lesson learned here is if you change something on your blog or website, make sure it is working properly. You don't want to find out the hard way. And, if you suspect something is wrong with your blog or websites functions, investigate it and make sure you know.

Free Advertising with FaceBook

Is everyone familiar with FaceBook? I hope so because I am not. I kind of missed the whole social network boom we have had over the last 10 years. I do not have a MySpace page or until now, a FaceBook page, or any of the other social network pages. BlogCatalog Changed Their Mind About Me and this Blog....But They Still Suck! Now Even More So - LOL

Guess what people? BlogCatalog seems to have had a change of heart about my blog here, Great Ways to Make Money Online. And I am laughing my ass off and rolling on the floor over it.

For those of you who don't know about me and BlogCatalog, please read BlogCatalog Sucks first, and then continue reading this article.

Well I posted the article "BlogCatalog Sucks" at 1:00 am this morning, and at the end of the article I promised that if anything, this website would be listed in the top of the Google Serps for the keywords "BlogCatalog Sucks" in less than 1 day. And I bet you know what I'm going to tell you next. Yep, you guessed it. I ran the search at 2:00 pm this afternoon when I got out of bed and I was 2nd in Google's Serps for the term. So I singlehandedly, from the comfort of my leather lazy boy, in the middle of the night, made BlogCatalog change their mind about this blog with one stinking article. LOL!

I bet you're asking yourself why I think they changed their mind about this blog from my article? Because they told me so themselves. Click the picture below to see.



The only "updates" I made to this blog before resubmitting was to write that article. Therefore, my article made BlogCatalog change their mind about me. LOL! Maybe it was because they tried the above search themselves and realized I was number 2 in the serps for it. Or maybe it was the fact that 19 people thumbed up the article on StumbleUpon before 9:00 am this morning and traffic was pouring into the article from them. BlogCatalog Sucks on StumbleUpon. (Please Stumble this for me if you can.) Or maybe it was the fact that there were 4 Diggs and counting for the article on Digg.com. BlogCatalog Sucks on Digg. (Please digg this for me if you can.) I don't know. But I do know that they changed their mind and I was right after all.

This blog is not spam, far far from it actually. And, if I want an article to reach the top of the serps, then I can make it happen in less time than most people can scratch their ass. Ha!

I still think BlogCatalog sucks and I'm not to keen on being accepted into their community. I don't what I was thinking in the first place when I thought I wanted to join BlogCatalog. Time will tell I guess.

It sure was fun though, making BlogCatalog my bitch for the last 15 hours. Well now I have to go to my "day job", bartending for some fat cash until late tonite.

I would advise any of you interested to start reading everything my blog has to offer. I have a wealth of information for you to read for free. So if you want to be able to smash your articles to the top of the serps also or just make a gigantic social networking community your bitch for the first half of your day, you had better get busy reading.

And to all of you who helped support this frantic, middle of the night cause on StumbleUpon and Digg, thank you for your time and effort. Thank you, I really really appreciate it.

How to Take a Screenshot

If you are like me, then you do a lot of reading on other people's blogs. One thing I have noticed a lot lately are screenshots on blogs. Screenshots can be very useful when explaining something, showing in a how to article, or for just taking and making your own pictures from around the web. So I have been wondering how it's possible to take a screenshot. And now I've found out and would like to share it with everyone.

I wish I would of found out how to take a screenshot awhile ago, because boy oh boy will it ever come in handy for me and you. If you are using Windows Vista, then taking screenshots is super simple and easy. The screenshot tool in Vista is called the Snipping Tool.

To find the Snipping Tool, go to the start menu and use the search box at the bottom of the menu, and search Snipping Tool. Otherwise, if you look for it by hand it will be extremely hard to find. One you find it through searching, send it to your quick start menu. This way it will always be right there for easy use.

Play around with the Snipping Tool for a little while and you should be able to figure it out with ease. It only took me a couple of minutes to learn how to use it to take screenshots.

There is one very important part to remember though when taking screenshots for your websites and blogs. When you save your screenshot, try to save it for the exact keywords of the page you will be using it for. This way when Google comes through, it can read the alt image text and know what the picture is about. Don't forget that.

So now I know how to take a screenshot and so do you. Awesome. Have fun with it.

BlogCatalog Sucks and I'll Tell You Why Right Now

BlogCatalog sucks and I'll tell you why. The other day I finally decided I would try out BlogCatalog "a social network for bloggers". I checked out their site pretty thoroughly before I decided that I might like to be a part of their community. I figured I could meet a lot of bloggers there and learn from them as well as teach people what I have learned about blogging.

I submitted my website at BlogCatalog (which sucks), Great Ways to Make Money Online dot com, posted one of their widgets on my site, filled out my blogger profile (it took me numerous tries because I kept getting some stupid internal error message from them), and waited patiently for one of their moderators to accept this blog. They say that your blog will be reviewed within 2 days. Mine was reviewed, and there was one small problem, BlogCatalog (they suck) denied my submission. WTF?

They said my blog is spam. Click the pic below to enlarge.



That is total BS if I do say so myself. Apparently they didn't even take the time to look through this blog at all. If they would have they certainly would have noticed that:

- I do not have Google Adsense all over the place

- I hardly have any ads at all on this blog

- I have over 150 original content articles written in the last 8-9 months

- Most of my original articles are geared at helping people learn about blogging

- Etc, etc, etc, Really I feel I could go on all day about why this blog isn't spam

- If this blog is spam then so are the 48,357 other blogs in their network that came up when I searched BlogCatalog (cough sucks) for the term "make money online". Please click the picture below to enlarge.

- Maybe the 10 Related Topics in the picture are all spam also

- And all these conversations about "make money online" must also be spam, Please click the picture below to enlarge (should I keep telling all you people that? I am sorry).



Right? Or wrong? Maybe they truly think that every blog in the MMO category is spam. Or maybe they are tired of individual bloggers making more money online than they ever could with a whole social networking community behind them. I don't know.

But I do know 2 things at this point. One being that BlogCatalog sucks. And two, this article will be at the top of the Google Serps within 1 day (probably less) for the keyword "BlogCatalog sucks". Check it out if you don't believe me. Ha!

Well, that's all I feel like writing on this subject. F-U Blogcatalog, you suck!

Net Audio Ads is a Scam - Do Not Trust Them

Net Audio Ads is a scam and you should definitely not trust them. I joined up with Net Audio Ads way back in April of 2008. Everything started off greatly. Their program sounded like a good idea and I even had people signing up for them under my Net Audio Ads affiliate links.

Net Audio Ads promised many things but the main idea behind their program was that you would be able to earn money from every single visitor to your blog or website. I believed in them and was starting to have many hits on my websites that had Net Audio Ads on them.

Months went by and I was still getting sign ups through my affiliate link and I was expecting to make some decent cash off of Net Audio Ads. The only problem at that point, they didn't have their reporting sites up yet. So none of us who were promoting and using Net Audio Ads could see our statistics or earnings from them.

I should have known right there that Net Audio Ads was a scam and wasn't going to pay off but I tried to keep my faith in them. And then, in July of 2008, they sent out emails assuring all of their publishers that they had finally fixed all the bugs with their reporting issues and that Net Audio Ads would be coming out of beta (I joined before Net Audio Ads went public) and all of the promises they had made to all of us were still going to come true.

Meanwhile, I still had yet to see any stats or earnings reports from the but I knew how many people I had under me in my referral program and I could see how many hits their websites were getting on a monthly basis so I was expecting to make some fat money at this point. Any time now I kept thinking to myself, they will release their reports and I will finally see the payoff for all the hard work I had put in.

Well, they stalled and stalled and they starting releasing earnings reports for a day by day basis, and my earnings weren't showing much and neither were my referral earnings. Finally in August of 2008, they said that everything was fine and the earnings reports were being double checked and the affiliate earnings reports were going to be double checked as well and not to worry because Net Audio Ads were going to fix everything and then....nothing. Nothing at all.

All reporting stopped in August. And to top it all of, I had millions and millions of impressions with their ads and through my websites and through all of my affiliate websites and they were telling me I had only earned 55 cents. Now how in the hell were they going to only pay me 55 cents when my affiliates and I had served millions of ad impressions for them?

I emailed Net Audio Ads with my concerns in September 2008 and requested more information and also that somebody who works for Net Audio Ads review my account and fix the problems. I only received automated responses in reply, "Net Audio Ads has received you email and someone will be getting back to you shortly, blah blah blah..."

So I continued to email them once per week until the end of November. I never once received a reply from a human from Net Audio Ads. Not once! I can still log into their program as a publisher and my stats are still stuck in August of 2008 showing the whopping 55 cents for millions of ad impressions. WTF! So at the end of November and early December, I removed all of my publisher ads from all of my websites. I then proceeded to try and contact all of the affiliates who had signed up under me. I didn't have their email addresses but I was able to track many of them down through their websites as I had access to this through my Net Audio Ads publisher control panel. No surprise here, many of them had the same problems and concerns as I did. Nothing had panned out like it was supposed to and none of them had ever received a response from Net Audio Ads. We had all been duped majorly.

So, now I am outing Net Audio Ads here on this website and I have encouraged all the affiliates that I signed up to do the same. Net Audio Ads is a scam and nothing but a scam. Net Audio Ads is complete bullshit and needs to be wiped off the face of the internet.

So tell everyone you know to never ever do any business with Net Audio Ads. Net Audio Ads is a scam!
