So Who In the Hell Am I Anyways?

This is me...




So most websites and blogs have an About Page where you can learn about the author or webmaster and this is going to be my About Page. Here goes...

I am a 27 year old man that lives in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, USA. I live with my girlfriend Ronda and her two children, Gregory and Jonah. If you have explored my site at all you will come across numerous pictures of all of us.

I have a degree in General Business from Northern Michigan University. I graduated in 2004 with a pretty decent GPA of 3.2 cumulative. While going to college full time I also worked full time as an assistant manager at a fine dining establishment. I would go to school Mon - Thurs and then travel back home to work Thurs night - Sun night and then travel back to school to do it again.

For most of my career I have been in the Service Industry. I have done every job in a restaurant starting out as a dishwasher, and then moving up through the ranks in the kitchen and the front of the house all the way to assistant manager, and then finally to manager of the whole schebang. After college I became manager of the fine dining establishment I worked for and began working 70 - 80 hour work weeks.

I no longer work for afore mentioned establishment although I did part ways with a generous severance package....NOT! I currently work as a bartender at a local sports bar. It is definitely not my dream job but I make some fat cash doing it. In fact the money is the only reason I am still bar tending.

I am always looking into different career paths and would say that aside from webmastering I would definitely like to become a million different things but really only care about one, being happy.

And of course, I spend every second I can building websites and making money online. I am making quite a spectacular income online, one that I am very proud of. I have been building websites for about 4 years now and have gradually become more and more serious about making money online. I probably could afford to quit my day job (actually I work nights right now) and go completely online for income but I have yet to make that gigantic step. Hopefully it will happen in the near future, although I will probably always have my day job (career paths).

In my free time, I enjoy camping, traveling, sports, four-wheeling, fishing, hunting, reading books, playing cards for money, playing video games, and partying hardy.

I assume most of my friends would describe me as an intelligent hard working individual that is constantly after that paper stack (money). But do not confuse me as greedy or cheap because those are two things I am not.

So hopefully that helps explain exactly how Project Wonderful works. Now it took me some time to get accepted into their ad network so do not be disappointed if you are not accepted right away.

Anyway, I ran a 5 column, 2 row advertising block from Project Wonderful and I put it on the bottom of my site. I started the bidding at 2 cents a day (which is absolutely nothing) and now I have decided to switch the ad to a 1 column, 2 row ad box and start the bidding at 0 cents. I am also going to place this ad in the right hand column somewhere near the top of the page. I haven't decided exactly where yet as I will implement this new strategy after I finish this post.

So I want to start the bidding on these ad boxes at 0 cents because I would like to see if after some time I can actually get people to pay decent daily fees to advertise here. Now when I say sometime I mean maybe 90 days or longer.

I will keep everybody updated on how this goes although you could just scroll down my site until you see the Project Wonderful ads and see for yourself how much it costs to advertise daily on this website.

I'm Killing BLOGRUSH Right this Minute because THEY SUCK!

Sorry for the extreme title folks but I have had it with BLogRush. Whatever you do with your website or blog, please do not waste space on your sidebars with this ridiculous program called BlogRush.

I ahve been using BlogRush for 3 months and they sent me a total of 5 freaking visitors. Now I suppose its because my website sucks so bad but really I think they suck.

So what am I going to do about it? Well, at first I thought I would just completely trash their widget off my site forever. But on second thought I have decided to try to game their system and put the widget in this post to see if I can still get thier sucky advertising for free.

House Cleaning Time for this Website!

So since I just got back online and am ready to do war with millions of other sites, I thought I would make a few changes to my site. I guess what I mean is tht I am going to change up my advertising strategies and also try to implement some serious SEO tactics. Now I wanted to wait until I had fifty posts on this blog but really it should be done now.

I don't plan on leaving anyone out so I will detail some of the new changes I am going to making in upcoming articles on this site.

Sorry to Say, I have Been Away

I have been offline for 10 days now. My computer has been broke and me being the tightwad that I am had to fix it myself and didnt know how. But now, it is fixed!

I knew posting in June was going to be slow going because this is the time in my region where summer finally begins. It has felt great to be able to take time off work and enjoy the summer.

My schedule at my day job allots me 3 days off a week, and I sure have been enjoying them. But i still want to bust out some mad posts and help everyone out there in the world be able to learn some great ways to make money online.
