Today I made a big change to this website. I went from "Gotta get that Money" @ http://gottagetthatmoney.blogspot.com to "Great Ways to Make Money Online" @ http://greatwaystomakemoneyonline.com.
I did this solely for SEO purposes. I really liked the name "Gotta get that Money" but it really wasn't yielding enough organic search engine traffic. I want to see if my search results traffic increases with my new custom domain "Great Ways to Make Money Online". Will they? I don't know.
So how did I do this? Well, I was hosted @ a blogspot on Blogger.com but when I decided to switch the site name I also paid for a new custom domain name. I did this through Blogger (Google) for a princely sum of 10 smacks. It was totally easy and painless and I was done in about 5 mins (except for my research time). The best part about this switch in my mind is that I can still use the free Blogger Push Button Publishing to build this website.
So I mentioned research time in the paragraph above, this is what I did. I used this handy dandy keyword tracker tool for free and tried various forms of the make money online set. This gave me plenty of ideas for new domain names.
Next, I manually put them into the Google Search Engine to see how many results are listed. This took some time because they say you shouldn't try to compete in a keyword niche with more than 100,000 sites if you are new to building websites or blogging.
Most of the make money online variables produced upwards of 10 million website and some as high as 50 million websites. So I settled on "Great Ways to Make Money Online" because it produced roughly 3 million other websites. I am not afraid to compete with these other 3 million websites and blogs at all, although maybe I should be.
So all said and done I feel very pleased about owning this new dot com domain.

Entrecard - Your Internet Business Card
So I have been waiting to write this article for some time now. Well, really only about 3 weeks. Have you started using Entrecard as your personal interent business card yet? Do you know what Entrecard is? Can Entrecard bring your website targeted traffic that may convert for you? Lets find out.

Can Entrecard bring me targeted trffic? I believe that it can. You are marketing yourself and your business when you use Entrecard. You are getting added exposure by using Entrecard also. Is everyone who is exposed to your blog or website interested? Of course not.
You are going to get people who happened across your site while using Entrecard andd not be interested in your site but you still benefit from that because it allows you to get advertising credits. This is where I think entrecard can really be beneficial to your blog.
At first, you wont start out with very many ec's or advertising credits. But, over time they will build up and you will be able to target your advertising and test out different campaigns. All for free. And of course you can gain new readership from the people that comem across your blog or site and are interested.
Has Entrecard been helping my blog since I joined three weeks ago? I believe so. Will it help me a lot more in the future? A lot more than it does now because it takes a little time to get used to using the system and deciding which blogs are worth advertising on. A Review of Copeac CPA Campaigns
One of the many ways I monetize some of my websites is with the Copeac company. Copeac offers publishers 3 primary ways of advertising for them.
1. Cost-per-click (CPC): You earn commissions with CPC campaigns simply by providing a link that visitors to your web site or readers of your newsletter click on and get redirected to the campaign's landing page.
2. Cost-per-lead (CPA): With CPA campaigns, you earn commissions based upon visitors to your website clicking on an ad, arriving at the campaigns landing page and completing the signup form. For you to receive credit for these visitors they must complete the entire signup process and arrive at the finishing thank-you page.
3. Cost-per-sale (CPS): CPS campaigns are very similar to CPA campaigns, except that instead of simply signing up for something, your visitor must complete a sale. These campaigns pay you based on the total amount of completed sales.
What I personally like about Copeac are the CPA's. Some CPA's are email submits, or address submits and these pay considerably higher than any CPC programs I use right now. CPA's are the main reason I joined Copeac.

To begin working with Copeac you must first submit your website for review and you must speak with your account manager on the phone from your home phone number. These two steps were fairly easy to accomplish and I was set up within 2 days of applying.

The Importance of Tracking Your Website and Blog Traffic
I used to think that Google Analytics was the number of Adsense impressions I had from day to day. Boy was I wrong. When I finally figured out Google had this tracking program and it was absolutely free to use I got started right away.
Do you want to give yourself a pay raise, without really doing much more work? You can by simply setting up Google Analytics for all your websites. This lets you see which reports, ebooks, articles, and joint ventures, etc. are working well and which aren’t.
You can drop the ones that aren't working and focus more of your time on the ones
that do, and it takes a lot less time than you would think! I'm not saying you will being able to double, even triple your profits within a matter of hours, but with some hard work and perceveirence you definitely will see a rise in sales and prfotis. Wouldn't that be great? I sure think so.

Yahoo/RSS Feed HACK for Your Blogs and Websites
Did you know that you can get Yahoo to index your site's RSS Feed in less than 24 hours? No way you say, cannot be done, I'm sure your thinking. Well guess what? It can be done and I am going to tell you exactly how. This is so easy and simple you'll wish you had thought of this one yourself.
So, to get Yahoo to index your blog's RSS Feed, you must have a user account with Yahoo. If you do not, sign up now from here. Then go to your My Yahoo page and click on the button that say add a page. (It's right near the top under the main search box)
This will take you to a new page where you will be on a drop down menu, select Add RSS Feed. Then add the URL of your blogs feed and you are all set. You will have just tricked Yahoo into indexing your RSS Feed and your websites and blogs.
What this means for you is you'll be getting indexed by Yahoo in a remarkably fast time period for FREE! That means you pay absolutely nothing. Guess what? Many marketeers just give away ebooks willy-nilly from their sites. By adding a bit of scientific thought, and a more targeted approach, these instructions can dramatically improve your cash flow.

- Allow other e-zine publishers or web site owners to republish small nuggets or excerpts of information from your ebook with your byline or ad included.
- Make extra profits from selling monthly updates of your ebook. You could also back-end sell the extra, never released chapters of your e-book.
- Give away a free ebook and then give people an option of buying the paid version of the ebook. Also, let others give away the free version of your ebook.
- Divide your ebook content into reports, then give people the option of just purchasing the info they want.
- Purchase reprint rights to other people's ebooks and combine them with yours in a large package deal or private ebook library web site.
- Change the benefits on your ebook ad copy into links. When people click on it, take them right to the order page. It'll give them the urge to buy your ebook.
- Charge people a cheap price to read half of your ebook. If they like it, they can pay full price to read the other half.
- Offer freebies that are related to the ebook you're selling. It could be free monthly ebook updates, free e-zine, free consulting, etc.
