Well, this article is all about ShareThis and how they have stepped up their efforts as a whole to help all of us. So what have they done that is different and better than before? I'll let them tell you. Here is an email I received from them today.

As many of you know, we have been working diligently on the next generation of sharing technology. Today, we are excited to announce that we have just completed an entire backend redesign that has fully optimized the ShareThis delivery.
The new design cuts down load times for ShareThis without sacrificing benefits like the mashed-up address book and automatic updates. Performance has been improved for a much quicker presentation. Your users will have a better experience, leading to more sharing!
We have also included three new social web services: Yahoo! Buzz, LinkedIn and Sphinn. All can be found on the Social Web tab.
Finally, we are exited to announce that we were chosen as Mashable’s Open Web Award winner for the Blogger’s Choice and People’s Choice Awards in the Blog Plugins category. We want to give a big thanks to all those who voted!

So I am very happy that they have decided to speed up the application and also I think adding Yahoo Buzz to the plugin will work wonders for many of us!
